At Amritalaya Herbs & Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering authentic Ayurvedic products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products (consumable Ayurvedic medicines), we follow a strict return and refund policy outlined below.

Important: Non-Returnable Products
All Ayurvedic medicines, syrups, powders, capsules, granules, and oils sold by Amritalaya are non-returnable once delivered. This is due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements for consumable health products. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect self-ordering.
1. Products Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives with products that are damaged, broken, leaked, or tampered with during transit, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost. To claim:
- Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and outer packaging via WhatsApp or email.
- Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until the claim is resolved.
- Once verified, we will ship a replacement within 2-3 business days or process a full refund within 7-10 business days.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately with your order number.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible — please refer to Section 1 for transit damage claims.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
In the rare event that you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost, and provide a return pickup for the wrong item.

5. Refund Process
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5-7 business days after approval.
- COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when requested.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund has been initiated.
6. How to Raise a Claim
Follow these steps:
- Take clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Note your Order ID (found in your account or order confirmation SMS).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via any of the channels below.
- Our team will verify and resolve within 24-48 hours.
